'US Gun Violence, 2014-2017' 3D Visualization
- Created a 3D visualization summarizing about 220,000 gun violence incidents
- Chose 3D to provide viewer with another level of detail not normally provided in visualizations
- Created a Python web scraper that converted Gun Violence Archive's data into a standardized format
- Built over the course of two months
- Discovered some interesting insights regarding our dataset given its sensitive topic

- Created a dynamic and interactive visualization based off the London Cholera Outbreak in 1854
- Worked within constraints and plugins for D3.js
- Small and lean visualization with lots of interactivity and controls for understanding the effects of the outbreak
- Applied proper color theory and accessibility practices to reach a wider population of users
